At Duck Pond Design, we use NZ Post to ship within New Zealand only, ensuring your creations reach you safely and quickly.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Most items are ready to ship and will be dispatched the same or next working day after your order is placed.

  • Personalised items may take 1–2 additional working days to carefully prepare. Thank you for your patience!

  • Once your order is packed, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Delivery

  • Estimate: up to 3 working days.

  • Delivered directly to your letterbox.

  • A rural delivery surcharge applies and must be selected at checkout.
